The 4" (102mm) HARDCORE™ V-Groove Wheel for 1 1⁄2” (38mm) Gate Frames is designed to be used on a gate with a 1 1⁄2”
(38mm) bottom rail. This wheel does not include carriage plates, so the user will have to provide their own wheel box or plate system. All HARDCORE™ wheels use SHUT IT’s unique bushing design, which fully utilizes the roller bearings.

- Two maintenance-free sealed bearings (no greasing)
- Only 1⅛" (29mm) wide to reduce friction and debris issues.
- Super-hard cold rolled steel (30RC rating)

- Load rating per gate: 3,000 lb. (1,360kg)
- Max gate weight: 1,500 lb. (680kg)
