The Byan 600 Series is a residential and medium-duty commercial operator for applications that require 100 cycles per hour or less. It is ideal for uses that do not require continuous duty. It is unique in that it does not need positive stops as other hydraulic operators do. On all hydraulic operators, the gates must make contact with an obstruction which causes them to stop, both in the closing and opening modes. The 600 does not need this, it travels at normal speed and when it is about 5 to 10 degrees from the end of travel in both directions it slows down automatically, thus no need for positive stops. It is recommended that gates of 12' should also have an electric lock. With the operator mounted inside the property, the operator can be installed to swing inward or outward.

Variable Power It is the most powerful model in its category. By simply regulating the limiter valves it may be adapted to the required pressure. Independent open or lock alignment.

Hydraulic Safety By regulating the pressure to a suitable level, our equipment operates gently but firmly. The gate may even be stoped manually when in motion.

Thermal Protection All units equipped with a thermal probe which, in the event of overheating ensures that by cutting off the power supply the operating is interrupted.
