FAAC Model
615 Hydraulic Barrier Gate Operator
Big Benefits for Light - Medium Traffic
Specifically designed for light - medium traffic applications, the
615 can raise beams from 6 1/2 to 16 feet (2 to 4.9 meters) in 3
to 8 seconds. With a 50% duty cycle, the 615 is ideal for certain
residential and commercial uses.
Dedicated Logic
The electronic intelligence of the 615 offers six types of control
logics, including automatic and semi- automatic.
Easy to Maintain
Maintenance could not be simpler and diagnostic checks are immediate
thanks to the input LEDs. Like all FAAC hydraulic operators, the
615 is completely self-contained for reliable operation.
Standard Features
The 615 has many standard features, including hydraulic anti-crushing
safety, hydraulic locking so that the beam remains secure in the
opened and closed positions, and a manual release with a personalized
key. Also standard is the versatile 455 D control panel. |

When Speed
Counts
The Model 620 is designed specifically for traffic control applications
that require extremely fast opening and closing times. When used with
an aluminum beam of 8 1/2 feet or less, the 620 has an opening time
of under 2 seconds and a 100% duty cycle. The 620 can also operate
a wooden beam up to 14 feet in less than 3 seconds.
Flexibility
Outstanding flexibility make the 620 the most complete barrier in
its class. The 620 can be equipped with an articulated beam for
use under low ceilings and can be outfitted with a skirt to stop
unauthorized entry under the barrier arm.
624 MPS Electronic Control Panel
The microprocessor in the 624 MPS control panel contains logic that
allows it to fully and independently cycle the barrier upon receiving
appropriate signals. It can also be set to follow specific open/close/stop
instructions. Consequently, the barrier can be easily interconnected
with other traffic control devices. The 624 MPS also features an
emergency input which, for example, can be connected to a fire alarm...when
the alarm is tripped, the barrier will open and stay open until
reset.

When Long Beams are Needed
The Model 640 is the ideal hydraulic barrier for controlling heavy
traffic at wide entrances. The 640 operates continuously, raising
aluminum beams from 13 to 23 feet long in as little as 4 to 7 seconds.
Perfect Behavior
The 640 always stops smoothly and gently, thanks to an adjustable
electronic braking system which slows the beam down before the end
of its travel when opening and closing. A heat sensor monitors the
operator temperature, switching on a cooling fan when required.
Dedicated Logic
The 624 MPS control panel is standard with the 640. The electronic
intelligence of the 640 offers three different control logics: automatic,
semi-automatic and car park (P), the latter specifically designed
for automatic car lots.
Flexibility
The 640 can be outfitted with a skirt to stop unauthorized entry
under the barrier arm.
Foreseeing The Unexpected
An automatic barrier release system for power failure is available
as an option. The 624 MPS also features an emergency input which,
for example, can be connected to a fire alarm...when the alarm is
tripped, the barrier will open and stay open until reset. |
