Precision Gate Rollers
Precision Gate Rollers manufactures premium cantilever gate rollers. We use only the finest of materials and precision machine our rollers so that they gate operate smoothly with little effort required to move the gate. Our chassis is made of formed steel with no gussets to obstruct the installer when mounting the bracket. All metal parts are hot dip galvanized to prevent rust. The roller is held on the shaft by a nylon imbeded lock nut. No snap rings to pop off or kotter pins to shear. The bearings are permanently sealed ball bearings that are totally maintainence free. |

FS-8000-HD The FS-8000HD series roller is designed for heavy gate applications. Each roller is made of tough Graphite impregnated Nylon. The roller is a cast nylon billet that is precision machined to proper size. The bearing pockets on this roller is bored twice as deep as our standard 8000 roller. Double bearings are then pressed into the pockets. This roller fits 2 3/8 inch to 2 1/2 inch OD pipe gate frames. It is load rated at 3500 lbs. • More Info • |

FS-8000 The FS-8000 gate roller is our normal duty roller. It is designed to handel gate opening up to 20 ft. wide. It was designed for medium duty applications for gates that open and close about 30 times per day. This roller is available with any mount size detailed in our FS-8000 HD model.
