Select Engineered Systems CAT 2&4 Access Control Systems

Select Engineered Systems CAT 2 HF CAT 4 HF
The Select Engineered Systems CAT 2 provides a single name, backlit LCD display that will scroll both forward
and backward. The Select Engineered Systems CAT2 characters that are 5/16” (8 mm) high. This display is very
clear, even in bright sunlight. Ideal for small apartments or small gated home sites.

The Select Engineered Systems CAT 4 provides a four names at a time with a backlit LCD display that will scroll
both forward and backward.

The Select Engineered Systems CAT4 characters that are 3/8” (10 mm) high. This
display is very clear, even in bright sunlight. Ideal for medium sized apartments, condos or gated communities.
Maximum phone number capacity is 2,700.
Maximum card (transmitter) capacity is 16,200 (each with a name attached).

Select Engineered Systems SelecTouch™ provides security conscious companies, the ability to easily add fingerprint verification to existing access control systems: Without having to cable any additional wire to any door where Select Engineered Systems SelecTouch™ is installed. Without having to re-badge any employee or contractor. Use your existing access control cards at all card only doors and fingerprint verification doors. Without having to retrain any operator of the installed access control system.
(Select Engineered Systems SelecTouch™ fingerprint verification is transparent to the security operators.) SelecTouch™ adds that second level of security by requiring biometric fingerprint verification in order to gain access.

User feedback is via a single tri-color red, green and amber LED as well as Audio Feedback for invalid PIN or Card and combination Audio and LED for valid entries. The rugged alloy protective cover allows for outdoor installations and comes standard in Dark Grey / Black with optional colors available upon request.

Select Engineered Systems DKP I - DKP II Digital Key Pads

The Select Engineered Systems DKP I’s offer solutions to applications requiring access control keypads to control
a single entrance or restricted area. The DKP I’s may be ordered in either 3 or 4 digit passcode lengths with memory capacities of 1000 and 10,000 codes respectively. They have programmable lockout and door open time, an auxiliary alarm input, and an output for hostage or tamper alarm.

The Select Engineered Systems DKP II’s offer rugged and reliable solutions to applications requiring access control to more than one entrance or restricted area. The DKP II Stand-alone and Master have variable code lengths (3, 4, 5 or 6 digits) and the capability of using time zones and holidays.

Select Engineered Systems SAT3 Features:
Central Station compatible (SIA Fast Format).
Telephone line powered.
1200 baud modem for programming is included.
Calls both central station and regular telephone numbers, in any order.
“Push for Help” calls up to 10 pre-programmed phone numbers (16 digits each).
Calls can only be ended by the called party, time out or call progress signals.

The Select Engineered Systems ALLIANCE 2002 system is a technically advanced door access control system that integrates completely with, yet operates independently of, the regular telephone system.

The system provides a number of cost saving features and advantages that are not presently available on any other system. It is an access control system that offers options such as: card access, time zones and access levels, auto unlock and relock, and multiple entrance features. You choose the front entrance control that suits your application.

Select Engineered Systems LRP2C20 Proximity Reader

The Select Engineered Systems LRP2C20 is a multi-application, high performance, hands free, tag identification reader.

The Select Engineered Systems LRP2C20 can be used for personal or vehicle access when attached to a standard 26 Wiegand interface access control system such as SES’s CAT. The 2.45GHz transmission frequency is relatively insensitive to environmental interference.

The Select Engineered Systems LRP2C20 tags are credit card sized and include a power sensing circuit that provides a output notification when it’s time for replacement. These tags can be programmed to the customer’s Wiegand requirements by site code and number series. Tag life is not based upon usage and nominal life is 5 years.

Select Engineered Systems Select Pass and Multi Pass products are a line of individually coded, rolling code transmitters and receiver products. Both products are available with 1, 2 or 4 buttons. The one and two button transmitters are small key chain size. The lightweight, contoured design fits easily into your hand and is convenient to put into a pocket or purse. Powered by replaceable internal lithium batteries that have a life expectancy of 5 years. The Select Engineered Systems 4 button transmitter is a small low profile design, is not much larger than the one or two button versions, and is designed to clip on your visor, and fit in your hand.

Select Engineered Systems Select Card Access Control System offers features found only in much more expensive,
PC controlled, card access systems. When the application calls for controlling only one
or two entrances, Select Card has the easy, reliable and inexpensive solution.

Select Engineered Systems Select Card is capable of handling 4000 individually numbered cards. (Actually, it is
expandable to 10,000 cards.) The card readers can be Swipes, Inserts, or even
Touchplates. Select Card can also handle Proximity Readers and Infra-red Transmitters.

Select Engineered Systems CATCOM-RF is a wireless data link for all CATs to their expansion modules.
This powerful RF link is 2.4 GHz, spread spectrum, transmitting 200 mw of power with a

Select Engineered Systems CATCOM-RF makes it possible to cross roads, parking lots and open areas without
trenching or cutting, and can lower the costs for multi-entrance CAT sites.

Select Engineered Systems CATCOM-RF STANDARD FEATURES:
Replaces RS485 wiring for data transmission. Can be used on either Select Engineered Systems CATDR4 or CATRLY8 expansion modules. Can be used as a wireless link from the CAT to the first expansion module, and then use wire to the next or the rest of the expansion modules.
