The Nexx Gate WiFi and Bluetooth Smart Gate Controller no longer come with a DB9 harness with exposed wiring. If you need to cut the wires to attach to their unit, follow these instructions: First, ensure that your device has been disconnected from its power source. Next, connect the DB9 to the Nexx Device to ensure you cut the cable's right end. Last, cut the DB9 end that connects to the main control board to reveal loose wires, as only one end can connect to the Nexx Device. See the installation manual below.
