Its 48" mount height is ideal for automated gate entry and exit, parking lots, and perimeter access applications used by drivers and pedestrians.

This pedestal includes a face plate with universal hole patterns, a heavy-duty base plate, and a sliding cover plate to hide mounting bolts that secure the base. Position it on or off a concrete curb or island. Compared to cement-mounted pedestals, the pad-mount base simplifies the replacement of damaged units. 

The unit is powder coated with a UV protectant to promote longevity in all weather conditions and engineered to survive sustained Category 5 hurricane force winds. It features a tight, uniform 6” bend radius and a .120”-thick steel wall tube that uses 62% more steel than competitors’ models. 

Two different styles of mounting bolt kits are available (sold separately) to mount the pedestal to the ground. 

Each pedestal ships foam-wrapped and boxed individually for safe transport and includes carriage bolt hardware. Customized colors, heights, reaches, face plates, and base plates are available. Additional costs and lead times may apply.
