The J355 HA M30-P1 Crash Rated Automatic Retractable Security Bollard, designed and manufactured by FAAC, provides exceptional apprearance, durability and functionality. This crash rated bollard is designed for heavily trafficked, high security applications such as airports, embassies and banks. Its robust body is constructed of S355JR EN 10210 Grade Steel that is treated with a cataphoresis coating and finished with RAL 7021 dark gray, polyester powder paint.

The heavy construction of the bollard's body makes it capable of withstanding an impact of up to 150,000 joules (equivalent to 15,000 lb. truck travelling at 30 mph), with only 39" of total penetration (P1)*. With an operating ambient temperature ranging from 5° to 131° F (-40° to 131° F if Pit Heater is installed), the M30-P1 is made to withstand even the harshest of elements. The J355 HA M30-P1 is a valuable component of any installed barrier system.

This bollard has been tested according to: "ASTM F 2656- 07 - Standard Test Method for Vehicle Crash Testing of Perimeter Barriers", obtaining certification for the highest class of penetration possible. Classification M30-P1 indicates that the J355 bollard is able to stop a 15,000 lb (6,800 kg) truck travelling at 30 miles/h (50 km/h) with just 39 in (1 meter) of total penetration (P1).

*Note: A foundation pit is necessary for the installation and operation of this bollard. Foundation Pit is sold separately.
