The 6" (152mm) of HARDCORE™ V-Groove Wheel for 2” (51mm) Gate Frame is designed to be used on a gate with a 2” (51mm) bottom rail. This wheel does not include carriage plates, so the installer will have to use alternative installation technique. All HARDCORE™ wheels use SHUT IT’s unique bushing design, which fully utilizes the roller bearings.
Designed to be used on gates with a bottom rail:
Two sealed maintenance free bearings (no greasing)
  • Only 1⅛” (29mm) wide to reduce friction and debris issues.
  • Super-hard cold rolled steel (30RC rating)
  • Load rating per gate: 5,000 lb. (2,270kg)
  • Maximum gate weight: 2,200 lb. (1,000kg)
  • Optional: adjustable plates for perfect installations
