Equipped with a powerful 1/2 Horsepower continues motor 24v and Heavy gear reducers for quiet efficient operations. Quick Release Swivel Arm lever for manual operation. Simply pull up on the handle to operate the gate manually in case of a power outage. It is backed by our 5-year warranty.
