SlideDriver is a powerful, industrial hydraulic slide gate operator that secures industrial and crash sites worldwide. This rugged, continuous duty operator is renowned for decades long life and low maintenance.
Our powerful two-wheel drive, hydraulic slide gate operator is designed for VERY heavy or long gates. Cycle up to 8,000 lb. gates at 1 ft/s (3,629 kg / 30 cm/s). The SlideDriver 80 is equipped with an AdvanceDrive wheel that runs on the top of the drive rail and an XtremeDriveâ„¢ wheel which engages a rack on the underside of the drive rail. This increases the pull force for large heavy industrial and high security gates.
Listed and restricted to UL 325 usage class III, IV.
Note: XtremeDriveâ„¢ System requires HySecurity XtremeDriveâ„¢ rack and a drive rail. Operator price includes 27 ft (8 m) of rack, but no drive rail. To ensure compatibility, it is recommended that HySecurity grooved (flangeless) drive rail or steel/aluminum angle iron be used. If mounting XtremeDriveâ„¢ to a flanged drive rail, the clearance between the flanges must be a minimum of 2 inches (5 cm). Includes one premium EMX IRB-MON photo eye and one 5-foot premium ASO edge sensor (and a pre-wired Hy2NC adapter).
